Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website visacore.ai and the visa application support and processing services offered through it (the "Service"). The Service is operated by VisaCore.ai ("VisaCore," "we," "our," "us").

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Important Disclaimer

VisaCore is a private visa support service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.We are not a governmental entity. Final decisions on all visa applications are made solely by the relevant government authorities, and we cannot influence those decisions.

Travelers may apply for visas directly through the relevant government portals or embassies without using a third-party service. We provide an optional, paid application-preparation and submission service. Nothing in these Terms should be read as a representation that using our Service will result in a faster or more favorable decision than applying directly.

3. Description of Services

The Service includes visa eligibility checks, document guidance, application preparation and review, submission to the relevant government authority on your behalf where permitted, and status-tracking communications. The specific services you receive depend on your selected service level and destination, and are described during the eligibility check and at checkout.

4. Account and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information throughout the application process;
  • Submit only genuine, unaltered documents and not misrepresent any fact;
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documents;
  • Hold a passport valid for the period required by the destination country;
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for your own applications or those for which you are an authorized representative.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit. We rely on the information you provide and do not independently verify the truth of your statements.

6. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

We do not guarantee that any visa will be approved, granted, or processed within any specific timeframe.Decisions on admissibility, validity, duration of stay, entry type, and conditions are made solely by the relevant government authority. Our Service is intended to help you submit a complete and accurate application. We specifically disclaim any guarantee of outcome.

7. Fees and Payment

You are responsible for two distinct types of fees:

  • Government visa fees — charged by the destination country to process your application. These fees are set by, and paid to, the relevant authority and are outside our control.
  • VisaCore service fees — charged by us for preparing, reviewing, and submitting your application, and for supporting you throughout the process.

The full, itemized fee breakdown is shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are in US dollars and are payable at the time of application submission. Taxes may apply where required by law.

8. Refund Policy

Refund terms depend on the stage of your application:

  • Full service-fee refund if your application is not submitted because of an error or omission on our part.
  • Partial service-fee refund if you cancel before we begin processing your application, as set out at checkout.
  • No service-fee refund after your application has been submitted to the relevant authority. Visa denials by a government authority do not entitle you to a refund of the service fee or government fee.

Government visa fees are generally non-refundable once submitted, as a matter of policy of the destination authority. To request a refund, contact us at support@visacore.ai.

9. Processing Times

Any processing time displayed on the Service is an estimate based on typical timeframes reported by authorities and our own experience. Actual processing times depend on multiple factors outside our control, including embassy capacity, security checks, application volume, and completeness of your submission. We strongly recommend applying well in advance of your intended travel date.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or forged documents;
  • Use the Service to facilitate unlawful immigration or status misrepresentation;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • Scrape, copy, or republish content from the Service without our permission;
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service integrates with, and links to, third-party platforms — including government visa portals, payment processors, and identity-verification services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to VisaCore and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent. "VisaCore" and related marks are trademarks of VisaCore.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant that any visa information presented on the Service is complete, current, or applicable to your situation, and you should verify against the official government source where in doubt.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will VisaCore be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, travel bookings, accommodation, employment opportunities, or any other damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any visa denial, delay, or inaccuracy in advice or information. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific application giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisaCore and its affiliates and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including any false or fraudulent information you submit.

16. Cancellation by You

You may cancel your application at any time before submission by contacting support. Refunds will be processed in line with Section 8. Government fees already submitted to an authority cannot be recovered by us and are your responsibility.

17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and refuse any application, if we believe in good faith that you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraud, or where continuation would expose us to legal liability. We may also discontinue, modify, or replace the Service at any time.

18. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of government, embassy closures, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, or failures of third-party systems.

19. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated more prominently where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to the Service will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VisaCore is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating proceedings. Where permitted, disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

21. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms shown at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and VisaCore regarding the Service.
