Most asked
The five questions everyone asks first
What is VisaCore and who is Wincora?
VisaCore is a consumer visa application service. It is owned and operated by Wincora — the operating system for modern visa processing. The same Wincora platform that powers professional visa operations worldwide (conversational applications, the Visa Intelligence Engine, and the Embassy Automation Engine) is what runs behind every VisaCore application. You get enterprise-grade infrastructure without the enterprise-grade markup.
Jump to answerIs VisaCore affiliated with any government?
No. VisaCore is a private visa support service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Final decisions on all visa applications are made solely by the relevant government authority. You can apply directly with the government at no service fee — VisaCore is an optional, paid service that prepares, reviews, and submits your application on your behalf.
Jump to answerWhich destinations does VisaCore currently support?
We are launching with India e-Visas and Vietnam e-Visas, and expanding rapidly from there. The Wincora knowledge engine already models 250+ countries and territories — destinations are rolled out as their embassy automation playbooks and document-validation rules are proven reliable. Join our contact list to be notified as new destinations go live.
Jump to answerHow does the conversational application work?
Instead of filling out a long PDF form, you chat with our AI concierge in plain language. It asks for your destination and travel dates, requests a photo of your passport, validates every document you upload in real time, and writes everything straight into your case. Context-aware questions mean you only answer what's relevant to your specific situation, not a one-size-fits-all form.
Jump to answerWhat does a visa application cost with VisaCore?
You pay two things: (1) the government visa fee, which is set by and paid to the destination country (e.g. India e-Visa from ~$25 USD, Vietnam e-Visa from ~$25 USD), and (2) VisaCore's service fee, which covers eligibility check, document validation, human review, and submission. The full, itemized breakdown is shown before you pay. No hidden charges.
Jump to answerWhat is your refund policy?
Government visa fees are non-refundable once submitted to the authority. Our service fee refund policy: full refund if your application is not submitted because of an error on our part; partial refund if you cancel before we begin processing; no service-fee refund after the application has been submitted. Visa denials by a government authority do not entitle you to a refund of either fee.
Jump to answerHow do you protect my passport and personal data?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest with per-case encryption keys. Access is strictly limited to the specialists working on your case. We hold VisaCore (and Wincora) to enterprise security standards: SOC 2-aligned controls, append-only audit logs on every action, and regional deployments where required. Card details never touch our servers — they're handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor.
Jump to answerHow do I know the status of my application?
You receive proactive email and SMS notifications at every milestone — submission confirmed, processing update, and approval. Log in anytime to see a real-time status dashboard. Your case keeps a snapshot of the rules that produced it, so we can always show you exactly why we asked for what we asked for.

Applying directly means navigating embassy websites, parsing PDF forms, second-guessing photo requirements, and submitting alone. VisaCore replaces that with a guided conversation: our AI concierge asks the right questions, our system validates your documents against the destination's specification before a human ever looks at them, our specialists review the application, and where supported our automation submits it to the portal for you. You get a stronger, faster, less error-prone application — at a fraction of typical agent prices.
You don't have to. The government portal is always an option. What you pay VisaCore for is: (1) eligibility confidence — knowing you're applying for the right visa with the right documents, (2) error prevention — your passport scan, photo, and form are validated before submission, (3) saved time — no embassy queue, no PDF puzzle, no guesswork, and (4) submission on your behalf where supported. If you're comfortable navigating government portals solo, applying directly is a valid choice.

How it works
· 6Instead of filling out a long PDF form, you chat with our AI concierge in plain language. It asks for your destination and travel dates, requests a photo of your passport, validates every document you upload in real time, and writes everything straight into your case. Context-aware questions mean you only answer what's relevant to your specific situation, not a one-size-fits-all form.
The moment you upload a document, our AI analyzes it in under a second. It extracts the data via OCR (name, passport number, expiry, nationality), checks authenticity, validates photo compliance against the destination's spec (background, face size, resolution), and even crops images to the required dimensions. You see a confidence score and any flags before submission. The most common rejection reasons — blurry scans, wrong photo backgrounds, mismatched names — get caught before a human ever looks at your case.
No. AI does the research and the document validation. People make the decisions. Our Visa Intelligence Engine sources rules from government sites, attaches citations, and a human specialist reviews every change before it's published. When it comes to your application, high-confidence cases auto-advance, but anything uncertain gets routed to a human reviewer. And the final visa decision always rests with the destination government — never with VisaCore or our AI.
Three places: (1) every requirement update sourced by our AI research agents is reviewed by a specialist before it's published; (2) every application is reviewed by a human before submission to the government; (3) when our embassy automation engine hits something that needs judgment during a portal submission, it pauses the run, attaches a screenshot and context, and suggests options to a human operator who decides. AI assists, it never decides alone.
For supported destinations, our Embassy Automation Engine uses supervised browser automation to log in to the government portal, fill the forms, upload your documents, pay the government fee with a single-use card tied to your case, and submit — following a per-portal playbook that adapts when the government site changes. You can watch it run live. Where automation isn't supported yet, our operators handle the submission using streamlined, pre-filled workflows.
Most e-Visas are processed by the government within 2–5 business days of submission. The VisaCore side — eligibility check, upload, validation, human review, and submission — typically takes a few minutes to a few hours depending on your responsiveness and case complexity. Always apply at least 1–2 weeks before your intended travel date.
Documents & requirements
· 5It varies by destination, but the most common are: a passport valid for at least 6 months from arrival, a recent passport-style photograph, and proof of a return or onward ticket. Some destinations add business invitation letters, hotel reservations, or proof of funds. Your personalized checklist is generated during the free eligibility check, and every document spec (photo size, background, file format) is specified so you upload the right thing the first time.
The basics: white or off-white background, looking straight at the camera with a neutral expression, no glasses, no head coverings (except religious), and your face filling roughly 70–80% of the frame. Our AI checks all of this the moment you upload, so if something is off you'll see it instantly and can re-shoot. No trip to a photo booth required.
Most destinations require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival and to have at least two blank pages. If your passport is close to expiring, we recommend renewing it before starting your visa application. The eligibility check will flag this for you.
No. Our OCR handles accented and non-Latin scripts. What matters is consistency — the name on your passport, your application, and your tickets should match. Our validation flags mismatches before submission.
No. We validate your documents against the destination's published requirements (format, photo spec, expiry, data extraction). The actual verification is done by the destination immigration authority when they process your application. We make sure your documents meet the spec so they don't get rejected for a technicality.
Pricing & refunds

Visa denials by a government authority do not entitle you to a refund of either fee.
Government fees are not refunded by the destination authority. Our service fee is refunded only if the application was not submitted due to an error on our part — not if it was submitted and subsequently denied. What we do guarantee is a complete, accurate, expertly reviewed application. We cannot guarantee the government's decision, and any service that claims otherwise is not being honest.
Yes. Wincora, our parent platform, was built for B2B relationships. For group applications or corporate accounts, contact us and we'll set up dedicated pricing, an account manager, and a client portal for real-time visibility. See our Corporate Travel page or email support@visacore.ai.
You pay at the moment your application is ready to submit — after the eligibility check, document upload, and human review are complete. The free eligibility check costs nothing. You see the full itemized cost before authorize payment.
Security & privacy
· 4Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest with per-case encryption keys.
Only the VisaCore specialists assigned to your case and, where necessary to process your application, the relevant government authority. We never sell your data. Service providers we use (payment processors, document AI) act as processors under our written instructions and are bound by confidentiality. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
We retain application data for the duration of the visa validity period plus up to seven years to support audit, tax, and complaint-handling obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — subject to legal retention requirements. Email privacy@visacore.ai to exercise these rights.
No. The Wincora Visa Intelligence Engine stores rules and requirements only — it never stores traveler personal data. Your passport, photo, and travel plans are never used to train any model. The document-validation AI runs inference on your documents to validate them; it does not learn from them.
Tracking & support

Your case keeps a snapshot of the rules that produced it, so we can always show you exactly why we asked for what we asked for.
Email support@visacore.ai or use the contact form on our Contact page. We typically respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. For corporate clients on a managed account, your dedicated account manager is your direct line.
Many destinations offer expedited processing for an additional government fee, and we can prioritize human review and submission on our side. Urgent capacity depends on the destination authority. Contact us directly for urgent requests — we'll assess feasibility and give you honest options within hours.
Yes. Our specialists handle previous denials, complex nationalities, multi-leg journeys, and special circumstances. We assess your case, advise on the best approach, and prepare a stronger reapplication where appropriate. This is exactly the kind of work the Wincora platform is built for.
If you catch it before submission, our review process very likely will too — and we'll fix it with you. After submission to a government authority, changes are governed by that authority's policies and may not be possible. This is why our validation and human review happen before we submit, not after.
